New & Additional Toters:
Collection toters should be placed 4 feet apart and placed at the curb the night before your scheduled pick up day.
To purchase a new or replacement collection toter, fill out a New / Additional Toter Request Form along with a check or money order payable to South Whitehall Township. This can be mailed or dropped off at the Township Building located at 4444 Walbert Ave, Allentown PA 18104.
The new collection toter will be delivered by J.P. Mascaro and your damaged one will be picked up. Please contact J.P. Mascaro (610.434.2501) for delivery information regarding the new toter. After you receive your new toter, place the damaged toter with a attached note indicating that it is damaged and should be removed. It will be picked up during your trash/recycling day.
The price for collection carts are:
- 35 Gallon Toter = $100.00
- 64 Gallon Toter = $100.00
- 96 Gallon Toter = $107.00
Toters Damaged by Hauler:
If your toter was damaged by the hauler during pickup, please fill out the Damaged Toter Claim Form to make a claim to have it replaced. Please email the completed form, along with photos of your damaged toter to utilities@southwhitehall.com.
- Your claim will be reviewed by Township staff, as well as the hauler and you will be notified if your claim has been approved or denied.
- We will contact you if your claim is incomplete or we have additional questions.
- If you receive notification that your claim was approved the hauler will deliver the replacement toter to you.
- Once your new toter is received, you may place your damaged toter by the curb on your trash pick-up day with a note stating it is damaged.
