Similar to an Egg Hunt, SWT Recreation and the SWT Fire Companies put out hundreds of candy canes for kids to "hunt" for in several SWT Parks! Each location will have LOTS of candy canes to find, and each location will be taking donations for Parkland Cares Food Pantry!

2025 Candy Cane Hunts & Food Drive:

Pop-Up Event on Saturday December 13, 2025 at 4:00pm
- The Hunts begin PROMPTLY at 4:00pm at each location. Don't be late! These hunts don't last long!
Four Locations:
- Covered Bridge Park (2465 Wehr Mill Road, Allentown, PA 18104)
- Fernwood Park (1900 Molinaro Drive, Allentown, PA 18104)
- Vistas Park (5320 Clauser Road, Orefield, PA 18069)
- Springhouse West Park (4320 Farm Drive, Allentown, PA 18104)

GIVE BACK WHILE YOU HUNT FOR CANE CANES!" We have partnered with Parkland Cares Food Pantry to collect packaged foods at each Candy Cane Hunt Location! Below are the items requested by PCFP.

Cans of Soup, Cans of Tuna & Chicken
Granola Bars, regular jars of Peanut Butter
