NEW Bus Trip! Thursday, October 22, 2026 

SWT Recreation is excited to announce our first Bus Trip to Dutch Apple Theatre in Lancaster, PA to see "Beautiful- The Carol King Musical!" This program is a partnership between the Recreation Departments of SWT, Lower Macungie, and Upper Macungie, which allows us to maintain affordability while offering a high quality experience for our Senior Residents!    

BUS TRIP DETAILS: 

• Registrants must be 18+ yrs of age by the date of the trip (10/22/26).  
• Cost- Early Bird Ticket Sale starts February 2nd at 9:00am for $110/person.
  • Tickets purchased after March 31st will be $120/person (pending availability)
• Ticket price includes- round trip transportation, lunch, all necessary gratuity, and your ticket for the show!
• Trip Destination- The Dutch Apple Theatre in Lancaster, PA
  • (510 Centerville Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601) Please note: The theatre is fully accessible to physically-challenged individuals and is wheelchair accessible. 
• Trip Pick-Up and Drop-Off Location- Upper Macungie's Grange Park (360 Grange Road).
  • This location is convenient and provides ample parking for all three townships partnering on this program. Please note: "Wheelchairs may be stowed in the under-bus storage area during transit."
• Trip Timeline:
  • 9:15am- Recommended arrival time for registrants to be at departure location.  
  • 9:30am- Bus departs promptly at 9:30am from 360 Grange Road (inside Grange Park).
  • 11:30am- Lunch at the Dutch Apple Theatre.
  • 1:00pm- The Show will begin.
  • Departure- Immediately following the show, we will depart and return to Grange Park.
• Registration:
  • Early Bird Registration- opens February 2nd at 9:00am, $110/person. 
  • Regular Registration- opens March 31st (if seats are available), $120/person.
    • Register Online through our Recreation Portal (credit card payment ONLY, fees apply).
      • Up to 4 tickets can be purchased at a time HOWEVER, EACH REGISTRANT MUST SIGN THE PARTICIPATION WAIVER. If you purchase multiple tickets we will email you a waiver form for your other registrants to sign.
    • OR Print the Paper Registration Form and submit your completed form and check payment to the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building (4444 Walbert Ave.)
    • EACH REGISTRANT MUST SIGN THE PARTICIPATION WAIVER
