- Starting Salary (2026): $74,720.09
- Salary after Five Years (2026): $99,626.31
- Prior full-time law enforcement experience may qualify you for a higher starting salary.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for employment, candidates must:
- Be 21 years of age by the application deadline
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Hold a valid Pennsylvania driver's license by the time of appointment
- Be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a police officer
- Reside within 25 miles of the Township within six months of completing probation and maintain that residency
