Kay Walbert/Kay Builders (contractor Road-Con, Inc.) will begin construction activities near the intersection of Walbert Avenue and Cedar Crest Boulevard starting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023; the work will continue through to end-of-year 2023. This construction work is associated with PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit #05061450 for Ridge Farms Phase I and includes excavation, stormwater piping installation, and temporary traffic signal work. Portions of the construction work will include overnight working hours. The hours of work for noise disturbances are between 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM (a noise mitigation control plan will be in place for the duration of overnight work).
