An application to develop the property located at 670 South Cedar Crest Boulevard. The proposed use of the lot is an Orthodox Church. The construction of the building will add 1,698 square feet of impervious coverage to the property. The proposed building will use the same existing stone driveway as an entrance from Huckleberry Road. No other development is proposed at this time.
