Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of South Whitehall Township will meet in the Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a public meeting to discuss the following, and any other business brought before the Board.  The meeting will also be streamed live through GoToMeeting.  Due to the limitations of the facility, public comment may or may not be available for remote viewers.  To access though your computer, go to https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/757430189.  To access the meeting through your phone, dial 1-224-501-3412 and, when prompted, enter 757 430 189.

The plan is proposing to install a new pervious patio paver walkway, new concrete sidewalk within with stone bed along new sidewalk, relocate existing crosswalk, remove a small amount of the existing blacktop driveway to provide efficient turning movements, and install a new stone pull-off area;. The plan is proposing a new maintenance building being 17,547 sf, and improvements include a fueling area, vehicle wash area, and district vehicle parking for buses and vans, as well as employee parking. The site is the current location of two garage buildings and parking. The existing garages are to remain.  The property is served by private water and public sewer and is zoned Low Density Residential -3.  Parkland School District is the owner.  Alloy5, LLC is the applicant.

REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAN REVIEW

An application to further develop the property located at 3436 Winchester Road, PIN: 548722977224.  The plan proposes to construct two (2) 4-story, 24-unit apartment buildings.  Building ‘A’ is approximately 10,895 square feet and contains seven (7) one-bedroom units, eleven (11) two-bedroom units, and six (6) 3-bedroom units. Building ‘B’ is approximately 12,990 square feet and contains the same mixture of units as Building ‘A’. Both buildings will have eleven (11) two-car garages and there will also be 26 dedicated surface carport parking spots on the 16.49-acre parcel.  The proposed buildings will be served by public water and sewer and are zoned High Density Residential R-10.  Calvary Temple of Allentown PA is the owner.  Ingerman Construction Management, LLC c/o Geoffrey Long is the applicant.
